GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

ALL RESERVATIONS ASSUME FULL AND UNRESERVED CONSULTATION AND ACCEPTANCE
OF THIS AGREEMENT.

PRE-BOOKING

THE PRE-BOOKING LASTS 15 MINUTES, IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE WHEN THE TENANT HAS validated the conditions general online sales in its entirety and PAYMENT OF
ARRHES UP TO 25% OF THE TOTAL BALANCE OF HIS STAY.

Documents to provide: copy of identity card, resort certificate (see the
” insurance “)

RESERVATION

The remaining balance and the imprint of the credit card (for the security deposit) will be taken 48 hours before arrival at the premises.

SPECIAL MENTIONS, INVENTORY, INVENTORY:

An inventory or electronic inventory is carried out on entering and leaving the premises in a manner
contradictory by the tenant’s reception manager.

Any dispute will be processed once the balance has been paid in full. The agency asks the tenant

The request will be processed as soon as possible by the management service. However, without
an amicable solution found between the parties, the tenant (s) will have to call a mediator < br /> recommended by its legal protection.

The agency declines all responsibility in the event of theft of personal items from the rented premises.
The tenant is the legal guardian of the property during his stay, he notably ensures the activation of the
the pool alarm and assumes full responsibility for the consequences of disabling the alarm
swimming pool during his stay.

RELATED TOURIST ACTIVITIES

Any payment can be made before the arrival of the tenant or during your stay in accordance with our
terms of payment. We send you an invoice with a description of your choice of activities
tourism.

USERS OF THE PREMISES

– The tenant will enjoy the premises in a peaceful manner and make good use of it, in accordance with the
destination of the places.
– The tenant will ensure the tranquility of the property and respect the neighborhood.
– The tenant must also take into account the local police regulations.
– He undertakes to return the property in a good state of cleanliness.

– The furniture appearing in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied when entering the
tenant in the premises. Any repairs of any magnitude, made necessary by the
negligence of the tenant during the rental, will be at his expense. The rental and the common areas
(swimming pool) cannot in any case benefit third parties, except by prior agreement.
– The lessee is prohibited from subletting, under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge,
under penalty of termination of the contract, the full amount of the rent remaining acquired by the owners.
– The rented premises are for the use of temporary or holiday home, excluding any activity
professional, commercial or craft of any kind, even of character < br /> complementary or occasional housing (maximum 3 months).
– The installation of tents and / or the parking of caravans on the land of the rented property are
< span style = "color: # 000000;"> prohibited, except with the prior agreement of the owner.
– The Billikers agency will provide accommodation in accordance with the description and can not be held
responsible for cuts in water, gas or electricity or malfunction of the mobile phone, TV,

– As a general rule, the tenant leaves the premises at the time stipulated in the contract.
– The loss of the keys involves a penalty of 50 €.

to pascal @ billikerseurope.com from 8 am to 6 pm for any intervention. The intervention will then be within
within 24 hours of the request. If the agency needs to involve a craftsman, then the delay will be 72
hours. After these deadlines, the tenant reserves the right to claim a discount.
– The number of tenant cannot be greater than the accommodation capacity maximum indicated on the
catalog or on the description of the agency or rental contract.
– The owners of the property, maintenance staff or the agency, reserves the right to come
during the tenant’s stay for work limited to to clear emergency work and to
the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden with the objective of improving its comfort.
– The agency cannot be held responsible for noise from noise pollution outside the property
(public works, neighborhood party, private works…) due to works located outside the property
rented. < / span>

For a month’s rental, the security deposit may amount to the rent.
EXCLUSIVE CONDITIONS BOOKING.COM RESERVATION: The amount of the deposit to be taken
into account will be the one indicated on Booking.
For the tourist tax, the 2019 rate will be applied, i.e. 5% of the amount of the reservation. The
cancellation conditions remain unchanged.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

No modification (s) (erasure, overload,) will be accepted in the drafting of the contract without
the agreement of both parties.
The tenant will not be able to take advantage of an occupation in the premises to the ‘expiration of the period of
rental initially provided for in this contract, except with the agreement of the agency and with charges of < br /> extra day.

TERMS OF TERMINATION

Any termination must be notified by registered letter.

a) Termination at the initiative of the tenant:

1- Any termination of this contract at the initiative of the tenant must be addressed to the agency by
registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated at the top of this contract, the date
of receipt being proof.
In case of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit of 25% remains
acquired and the remaining balance (75%) will be withdrawn.
(Rental on the Mauritius time 14 days before the arrival date) Concerning rentals
only in Mauritius, in case of cancellation, the deadline is 14 days before the arrival date.
Before the 30 day period only the amount of the deposit remains acquired EXCEPT for the contrary exception of
sites partners (booking, expedia, …)

2- If the tenant has not shown up on the day mentioned on the contract or after 24 hours, without
notice notified to the Billikers agency, this contract will be considered as fulfilled, the rents will be
acquired and owed to the Billikers agency. (100% of the amount)

3- If the total payment for the stay is not paid, the tenant may be refused entry into the property
or a reduction of the stay corresponding to the amount paid will be applied.
b) Termination at the initiative of the Billikers agency
1- Before entering the premises
In the event of termination of this contract by the agency before entering the premises, for a reason which
is not due to the tenant except in cases of force majeure, the agency will pay the tenant double the
amount of the deposit received. The Billikers agency
retains the right to relocate tenants in an equivalent or superior property without requalifying the
contract in termination.
2- After entering the premises
If the agency has to terminate the rental during the stay, this termination will be duly justified: failure of

payment of rent, bad check issued by tenant, disrespectful behavior towards
owners, other residents, neighborhoods, staff of the Billikers agency.
This termination which is notified by “mail” results in the immediate departure of
tenant on the day the email was sent notifying him of this decision. Under these conditions, the entire
amount of the rent remains acquired.

INTERRUPTION OF STAY

The tenant canceling the reservation, except in cases of force majeure, will not be refunded the deposit
that he will have paid.
An event of force majeure is an external, unforeseeable and irresistible event, justifying
to be exempt from an obligation, a commitment or a responsibility (for example catastrophe
natural for a insurance contract, death for an employment contract).

In the case of private parties in the rented places noted by the forces
of the order, an interruption of stay will be effective as soon as the disrespect of the present is noted
contract and without any right to reimbursement of the interrupted stay. The reception of persons
additional to that indicated in this contract is prohibited, except with the agreement of the agent.

INSURANCE

Otherwise, he must intervene with his insurance company and claim
the extension of the guarantee, or take out a special contract for the duration of the rental at

The signing of this contract constitutes proof of the possession of appropriate insurance.

BILLIKERS AGENCY SERVICES

The Billikers agency provides linens and towels in the limit of one set per
week, the rental of additional towels and sheets is possible on site. The Billikers agency
provides tenants with its cleaning staff on the basis of a cleaning fee for one
passage.
The frequency can be adapted to the request of the tenant. This service is not available
in the following villa: Ecrin de Bourbon.
