The Indian Sunset apartment is a beautiful and large apartment for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children)

This spacious apartment will seduce you with its assets. You will be close to a supermarket, a frozen food store, a fast food and major traffic routes. by borrowing on the side of the residence stairs you will quickly access the beach of Boucan Canot and its restaurants/ bars, bus stop, pharmacy...

This duplex has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a double bed (160) and many shelves. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower and toilet. The washing machine is near the bathroom. The room for two children is in a row or is two single beds (90).
The last room is double (140). All rooms are airconditioned and equipped with electric shutter (suite and double room)

The kitchen open to the living room with a central island is fully equipped to prepare good dishes. Regarding the appliances you will have available an oven, a hob, a hood, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a sensible, a toaster, a rice cooker, a microwave.. The dishes are complete, dishes, pans and pots..

The living room is spacious with a large sofa facing the sea view. The living room is comfortable, it has a flat screen, a TV cabinet and a coffee table, chests of drawers, a cupboard, a desk, a dresser. You can access the pool through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the living room and the security fence of the terrace.

The pool is not equipped with a pool alarm but is secured by a security fence that closes as well as the bay windows of the living room.

In this pool area, there is a new bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and an outdoor shower. The place is quiet.
Access to the terrace is through the living room and offers a magnificent view of the ocean. The show is even more enjoyable during whale watching (from June to the end of October).
